I don’t live in that big of a city, and I’m not sure how to have a "garage" sale because I live in an apartment and it’s 115 degrees out, which means no one wants to go to a garage sale. What do you suggest? I have to sell things like, couches, futons, TVs, tv stands, decor, Tables, chairs, a bike, outdoor patio stuff, etc.

5 choices I think, ebay (include the pick up area in the listing description to avoid many emails asking where pick up is from) garage sale, print out fliers to put on community notice boards, advertise in local paper or send the stuff to charity.

Can understand why you don’t want to garage sale, I have done many and they take work and you may end up with half the stuff still there.

Make a list of all the important things you want to keep, then go through all of your stuff for things you may have missed that you want to bring along.
Then, go to Ebay, Craigslist, or any other auction site to sell you furniture and other items. It’s easy and you don’t have to stand outside in the hot weather.
